Terms & Conditions of Promotional Offer for SmartDrive Private Car Comprehensive Cover

  1. Promotional Offer for SmartDrive Private Car Comprehensive Cover(the “Promotion”) is only applicable to customers of AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (the "Company”) for new insurance policies of SmartDrive Private Car Comprehensive Cover.
  2. The promotion period runs from 3 October 2011 to 31 December 2011, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. Customer who successfully takes out a new SmartDrive Private Car Comprehensive Cover within the Promotion Period will receive a car beauty service coupon of “2K Paint Sealant Treatment” (the “Coupon”) provided by CARs Restoration (Hong Kong) Limited.
  4. The Promotion is only applicable to motor car insurance cover note (the “Cover Note”) issued during the Promotion Period; and the Cover Note must be successfully converted into a policy on or before 29 February 2012, subject to the validation and acceptance of the Company.
  5. The Promotion is not applicable to renewal policy, replacement policy, transfer case, or re-activation of a lapsed policy within 3 months from expiry date.
  6. The Promotion is not applicable to all employees of AXA Group and/or motor cars currently insured by AXA Group.
  7. The Coupon will be sent together with the policy documents to the eligible policyholder.
  8. The Coupon cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or other goods.
  9. The Coupon is provided by CARs Restoration (Hong Kong) Limited and subject to restrictions. The Company will not accept any liability in relation to the Coupon and service provided by CARs Restoration (Hong Kong) Limited. Any complaints should be made to the supplier directly.
  10. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Promotion by any customer (as determined by the Company at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion and/or cancellation of the issuance of the Coupon. The Company reserves the right to recover the value of the Coupon and/or take legal action without prior notice.
  11. The Company reserves the right to alter or terminate this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
  12. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
