New Service Enhancement - Confirm Your Transaction with 'SMS' Notification
We are pleased to introduce ‘SMS’ notification service of SmartTraveller Insurance to you. With effect from 19 July 2011, a ‘SMS’notification will be sent to the mobile phone of the individual policyholder when you successfully take out SmartTraveller via the web-based platform SmartLinkXR system for your customer. This new service from AXA will enable notification of policy number and emergency hotline to our mutual customers, and make it handy for our customers to retrieve such important information in case of need during their journey. It is another solid proof of our commitment in customer centricity.
