Criteria to be an AXA Agency

• The Responsible Officers and Technical Representatives have attained the age of 18; and
• he is a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or Hong Kong Resident whose employment visa conditions, if any, do not restrict him from acting as an insurance agent; and
• he has completed education to a level of Form 5 or equivalent; and
• he has successfully passed the relevant papers of the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination recognized by the Insurance Authority ("the Qualifying Examination"); and
• Fulfil the Fit and Proper criteria set under Part E of "The Code of Practice" by HKFI.

Fee Payable

• Registration as Insurance Agency: $410 for three years.
