We can settle out-patient bills (except co-payment) directly with doctors which are listed in our Panel Doctors List. You can find numerous doctors in almost every district of Hong Kong. If you are entitled to out-patient benefits, simply present the AXA Medical Card to one of our panel doctors, you then don't need to worry about making a pre-payment and filing a claim after your medical treatment.
Panel Doctor List is a secured site for the access of members only. Login username and password has been sent to eligible members together with the policy documents. In case you have forgotten the login details, please contact our Health Service Team at (852) 2867 8686 quoting your policy number. Members of group health can also obtain the login details from your Human Resources or the relevant department of your company.
