Claims Service Guarantee for SmartPlan Office is in respect of claims that fall under the following Sections:

• Section 1 - All risks on office contents and stock
• Section 6 - Glass breakage

 

Claims Service Guarantee for SmartPlan Shop is in respect of claims that fall under the following Sections:

• Section 1 - All risks on shop contents and stock
• Section 5 - Glass breakage and neon sign

 

Terms & Conditions

• Our Guarantee is applicable and subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The total quantum of submitted claim should not exceed $20,000 before the application of policy deductibles (per claim basis)
2. Policy premium fully paid at the time of claim notification
3. All relevant supporting document/information are received
4. Claim payment payable to the insured named under the policy
5. Claim payments must be in HK currency
6. Full compliance and observance of SmartPlan Office & SmartPlan Shop policy terms and conditions

• Exclusions applicable:

1. Claim falls outside policy coverage
2. Policy not yet received by the insured and/or the insurance cover is on ‘hold cover basis’
3. Selected claim(s) entailing investigation work to be conducted by insurer/independent service provider
