Our Guarantee is applicable and subject to the following terms and conditions:

The total quantum of submitted claim should not exceed $20,000 before the application of policy deductibles (per claim basis)

Policy premium fully paid at the time of claim notification

All relevant supporting document/information are received
-
Claim payment payable to the insured named under the policy
-
Claim payments must be in HK currency
-
Full compliance and observance of SmartPlan Office & SmartPlan Shop policy terms and conditions
-
Claim falls outside policy coverage
-
Policy not yet received by the insured and/or the insurance cover is on ‘hold cover basis’
-
Selected claim(s) entailing investigation work to be conducted by insurer/independent service provider
