1. In your website, there is a Section called "Partners Only". How can I get access to it.

"Partners" refer to our intermediaries, either insurance agency or broker. If you are our partners, please call our Sales & Distribution Team to arrange an access right for you.

2. I have forgotten to pay my premium, what should I do? (For policyholders only) 

You may forfeit the right to make a claim under your policy if you have not paid the premium. The exact details vary with the type of policy involved. Please contact us or your agency/broker if you are in any doubt and arrange to make payment as soon as possible.

 

3. How do I pay my premium? (For policyholders only)

Various payment methods are available. You can either send us a cheque made payable to "AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited" or give us instructions to debit your credit card by completing the "Premium Payment By Credit Card - Authorization Form" or pay cash at our office.

 

4. Is there any administration charge for payment with credit cards?

No, there is no administration charge.
