We GUARANTEE to conduct motor survey within 24 hours. If we fail, we will offer vehicle service coupons from our selected AXA Premium Workshops.

We will instruct motor surveyor to conduct motor survey on the vehicle upon receipt of full set of motor claim documents.

We will acknowledge and inform customers ‘when’ the survey will be conducted.

We will guarantee that surveyor inspects the damaged vehicle within 24 hours of survey instruction.

We will inform customers once the survey is done.

We will advise customers once the repair to the vehicle has been authorized.
Terms & Conditions
Our Guarantee is applicable and subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. This Guarantee is applicable to:
a. Our SmartDrive Private Car policies - Comprehensive cover
b. Vehicle damage claim other than total loss or windscreen damages
2. Subject to:
a. Premium fully settled
b. Receipt of fully completed Claim form, repair estimate & copy Vehicle Registration Documents
c. Scheduled time of survey agreed by all involved parties (if needed)
d. Full compliance & observance of the policy terms & conditions
3. Special Occasions - Survey may be conducted on the next working day after:
a. A Typhoon Signal No.8 and/or a Black Rain Storm Warning have been removed
b. All Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
